I am looking for a roommate to fill up one of the rooms in a two bed, two bath apartment located in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood, on Washington Ave. My current roommate is moving out and I am in need of a new roommate. The new lease starts on August 26, 2026 and ends on August 25 of next year. Rent will be $1,050 per person, minus utility.
