Woodworker Seeking Workspacee

My name is Hadley Whittle and I am a small-scale woodworker who uses reclaimed lumber and hand tools to design various furniture projects. I have recently relocated from Northern Virginia to Northwest Philadelphia and am seeking a simple studio space where I can continue pursuing my craft. Over the past three years, I have built a number of prayer kneelers for members in my community from a variety of Christian traditions. My choice to forgo commercially produced wood & power tools represents my desire for woodworking to remain an act of care & contemplation rather than production & consumption.
My ask, practically, is this:

Level, durable flooring
Roof or awning
Ventilation
Natural light
Space to store a work in progress

Please reach out if you have or know of any potential studio spaces in the area such as a garage, shed, warehouse, car port, etc. I’m happy to discuss reciprocities. Learn more at hadleywhittle.com
