A workshop about mindfulness meditation and how it relates to our spiritual lives. Practices will include mindful movement, mindful breathing, mindful eating, mantras and contemplative prayer.

All practices can be done in a chair (except mindful walking). Pillows/bolsters, mats, or other props are encouraged to be brought if you feel they will enhance your experience.
